Be A Better Biker
"Be a Better Biker" 2011 Highly Commended Prince Michael of Kent International Road Safety Award recipients, for providing "Outstanding Contribution to Road Safety"! This is an award winning training programme operated locally within the Thames Valley Region. A not for profit organisation funded and supported by local authorities to enable riders to benefit from low cost, high quality "advanced" motorcycle training.
Since 2002 out "Advanced Motorcycle Training introductioin has grown and has already been runner up for 2 National training award the direct result of this support and sponsorship provided by local authorities.
Our success has assisted in dramatic reductions in road casualties involving bikers throughout the Thames Valley region. By working with our sponsors we are able to bring a range of advanced motorcycle training courses that will improve the safety of motorcyclists using the local roads and far beyond.
Advanced motorcycling is all about improving the full range of riding skills, from the thinking and planning phases through to recognising risk management of them in order of priority. You will get to experience some of the best advanced training with very experienced, enthusiastic and professionally qualified instructors.
FUNDED TRAINING COURSES
We currently receive funding from Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and West Berkshire local authorities, this reduces the cost of the course to just £50 for the day. If you have a Bucks, Oxon or West Berks post code, you will be eligible for this funding. There are currently 16 sponsored advanced motorcycle training days available for 2012, so you will need to book quickly to avoid disappointment.
