Terms and Conditions

This agreement begins when we accept your, the customer's, request for our services. You are deemed to accept these conditions when you first use our services.

1. Order process

Customer orders are subject to acceptance by Be a Better Biker Ltd. Once you have placed your booking you'll receive an email acknowledgement from us. This is acceptance of your booking. We may reject your offer to purchase should a training session become unavailable, or offer a replacement session where appropriate. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation in the rare occurrence that we suspect any fraud or abuse, financial, geographical or otherwise.

2. Price and payment

We will debit your card when we receive your order, unless special conditions are posted on the website. In the event that we are unable to deliver a session to you, we will let you know and refund the card. We do our best to ensure that the prices you see on the website are correct however very occasionally there could be a pricing error. If this happens we'll contact you as soon as possible to let you know and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we don't get hold of you or you decide that you don't want the order anymore, we'll refund your card.

Once your booking has been confirmed deposits will only be returned once the course has been completed.

3. Pre conditions

The following terms and conditions are for YOUR safety and the safety of others. We would ask that you please observe the following:

  • That you observe all legal speed limits
  • That you comply with the ‘rules of the road’
  • That you and your vehicle are legal and roadworthy
  • That you make safe and unobtrusive progress at all times

Be A Better Biker will not endorse any activity that is either unlawful or anti social.

4. Cancelaltion Policy

Should you not turn up on the day no refund will be given! If you cannot turn up on the day 48 hours notice must be given either by telephone conversation or confirmed response email. After which you may transfer only once to another day dependant on availability.

5. Internet frauds

Be a Better Biker Ltd takes all reasonable steps to protect customer data from fraudulent electronic use or Internet hacking. Customers are nevertheless responsible for: verifying the identity of the target site before making a purchase. reporting instances of suspicious connections to the site before making a purchase. following information technology industry best practice for the protection of their Internet clients and their related data. Be a Better Biker cannot be held responsible for occurrences of data fraud outside of its domains.

6. Liability

6 (a) We are only liable to you as set out in this agreement. We have no other duty or liability to you.

6 (b) Nothing in this agreement removes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

6 (c) We are not liable to you in any way for any loss of income, business or profits, or for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time you entered this agreement. We are not liable to you in respect of any products or services you order from other companies .

6 (d) We will not be liable to you if we cannot carry out our duties or provide our services because of something beyond our control.

6 (e) This section 9 will apply even after this agreement has ended.

7. Electronic communications

When you visit our websites or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Alterations to these conditions of sale

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions of sale will be subject to English Law and the English Courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from this contract.
